1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your product, adding it to the cart, and completing checkout with your shipping and payment details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and trusted payment gateways.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we may/may not offer COD (optional – confirm if applicable). All available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

4. How long will delivery take?

  • Within India: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International: 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. What items are non-returnable?

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Accessories and gift items

8. How do I request a refund?

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges on eligible products, subject to availability. Customers bear the return shipping cost, while we cover the cost of sending the exchanged product.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in their country.

11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
