Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once purchased. We encourage you to review product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are happy to replace it for you at no additional cost.
You must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at support@shewearsdesi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty product.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative item of equal value.
Items damaged due to misuse, alterations, or improper care are not eligible for replacement.
Products marked as Final Sale cannot be replaced.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
